There are moments that we want to give up due to the difficulty and obstacles we need to overcome. "Trouble" has a lot of friends and they don't come alone, they always bring friends... So, whether we like it or not, we have to deal with them or they will deal with us. This makes me think of the song "Trouble Is A Friend" by Lenka
There are 2 options for us, run away or face it. Run away is not an option for me because it always finds the way back to me. So, that leaves me with just one option, Face It. We have to look into the trouble and figure it out.

For every "Trouble" that we due with, we will gain knowledge and experience, make us stronger. Even though we might not able to solve it, we will learn something while trying to do so. Solve it if we are able to, else learn to live with it. Sometimes, we will feel suffocated when too many troubles bug in together and the thought of give out will float in our mind. That's when we need to restart ourselves.
1. Deep breath
Most of the time, we take short and shallow breath especially when we feel stress and panic. There will be thousand of thoughts go in and out of our mind, it clouded our mind and affect our decision making. Take long and deep breath, keep our mind blank for a while or think of only one thing which is slow and relaxing. Continue for 5 to 10 minutes till you are able to feel the "racing" mode in your body been slow down.
2. Take a walk
Take a walk at a place that makes you feel relax (I don't mean shopping here..). Slow down your pace and enjoy the view that you didn't look into it in daily life. We tend to miss the small thing that brings happiness when we rush for the goal of our life.
3. Reorganize problem
We tend to delay or run away from problems when it's too much of problems and unorganize. Before organizing the problems, it's like we surrounded by fog, don't know where we should go. After we categorize and organize the problem, it's like fog been clear and we able to find the way out. List all the problems that need to be settle.
4. Cross out the problem
Once we organize and list out the problems, it's time to figure out the solution and cross it out. When we have a clear target of what to achieve next, we able to focus on it, break down the problem if it's too big to solve at once. Cross out the problem once we solve it, with each cross out, we will feel motivated to continue solving the next problem.
